We received our shipment today. We are missing the left ear piece for the chair. Amazon tried to call them, I have tried to call them and sent an email with no response. Hopefully they can send us the missing piece instead of us having to send the entire set back. The qualityis decent and setup not too difficult. Waiting to hear back from lexiconUpdate: we ended up getting the missing piece from the seller. Dealing with them was difficult since they never answer their phone. Overall we are happy with the furniture after having it for a few months.
