Our couches arrived early, but the chairs were mislabeled and the wrong color upon arrival. I called the company at 6pm and immediately got an answer. I spoke with Joel and he was so helpful and apologetic. He started helping me look into and fixing the mistake immediately. Within a week my correct chairs arrived. The set is super cute and exactly what was expected and wanted. Thank you Joel for being so helpful!Stylish little furniture. I was worried my 300# butt wouldn't fit in the armchair, but it does! it's been cozy and sturdy sitting room furniture in my house for 6 months now. The cushions get a little smushed with use, but it still looks presentable. I bought at a deep discount as the "last one available" so it is well worth it to me. Customer service was also helpful when one chair was found to be a missing a part. Great Dane shown in pictures for size comparison. :)I love them ,perfect for my small living roomLove them!
